I would do the trade if I were you. The engine can only leak "oil" in so many places. Mine leaked on the bottom for a while, before I figured out to tighten the drain bolt.. Duhh! The plastic is scratched? Shave it. Rims bent? Get a $60 replacment with better tires.

It's kinda scary to buy a used bike like that though. Mine was taken care of when I got it, and just recently everything has needed replacing. Straight across, I would probably do it.. I dunno though.. It's your decsion.
