Here is how I reversed Honda 250EX front rims.

It took me about an hour and a half to do this front wheel mod. I keep reading about it, so I decided to try it. I wrote up a short article if you want to try it yourself.

My 250R front wheels are done that way. The only drawback I have found to doing it this way is that when you turn all the way to the left or to the right, the tie rod ball joint will pop up over the a arm and get locked there. Or, at least mine does.
