dirtbikes don't do as well as quads in deep sand, snow, mud, hill climbs, ice, loose rocks, etc. etc. ATV means ALL-TERRAIN-VEHICLE... a dirtbike, is basically good for the dirt... that's it

if all you want to do is jump... then a dirtbike is for you... but if you want to be able to ride and have fun in ANY condition on any terrain, and still be able to jump... then a quad is the answer

just my 2-cents

I know exactly what you need! I think your question is Dirt Bike or Quad, so compromise and get a 3-wheeler, there are a bunch around and the racers that were made will scare the crap right out of you.

Presonally I'm not a big guad man but Trikes and Bikes, they are the way to go (For Me Anyway), although that new zuki 400 has caught my eye, Hell I might just be a guad man yet!

you guys are all wrong. the most fun is snowmobiles. There is just something about snowmobiling that kant be matched by a bike or quad! ask anyone that rides snowmobiles and they will say the same thing.

I had to get out of snowmobiling this year because of the poor winter we hade up here in upstate new york. I bought a blaster 3 days ago and it is awsome. It jumps good but nothing like my sled used too(mxz670ho)

Go and buy a 250R or a 400EX and then come back and tell us sleds jump better.
