jularg-
Been thinking about your setup.

I would sugest a 40 in the back.Reason?

With a 15/40 you could maximize 5 th gear instead of spending only a second or two in fifth with a 15/39.

Holeshot in first, Then use 2 nd through 5 th to race with.First gear only on the start.

2 nd would be verry strong, Along with third and fourth. But you could realy maximize 5 th before you top out.Or have to down shift back to fourth.

wms1145.
I use my buddys 450es with spedo to compare. We ride side by side till he tops out at 52 mph. He raises his arm,Then I put it to the bar and judge how fast I walk away from him .About a 14-17 mph +walk and getting faster every day!

i have ridden and raced against both machines. in stock form on the track the 400 is god. but then again out in an open area in stock form the banchee is god... with some bucks you can make both machines run like you want them to. the possibillities are endless. no matter the machine you buy just make sure you ride it, don't abuse it, and above all don't get hurt on it...
happy racin'
