help speedometer problem

i have a 400 foreman it has electronic speedometer i broke the glass in it and now it dont work the hour meter still works i checked the sensor and all the wires going to it they were all right and its 500 bucks for a new one can anyone tell what i can do or what else to check thanks[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

you can try any parts salvage yard tehy might have wrecked wheelers that you can get a used one off of.

do u know of any motorcycle scrap yards in cape breton[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

If the speedometer is difital, you can replce it with a Trail Tech speedometer. If the unit is cable driven, may not work.

Honda dealers sell the LED module for about $175.00 I was looking into it because I purchased my 450s in Canada and wanted to convert it to MPH.
