As you can see below I have done a few updates to my EX. Lately I have been playing with the jetting. I had put a 150 in it when I piped it and sence then I have learned a little about jetting. When I checked the plug it was pure white. I started bumping the jets up. When I got to the 175 it ran great, the 180 ran good and the 185 ran bad at full throtle. I think that I'll go back to the 175 even though the plug is still a little white.

Can any one tell me, do you think that I'm on the right track.
Also I have not change the Pilot Jet yet, I was told that a 46 would help out.

You might want to go to the 180. If it ran good then you dont want it running lean, ya know most of the cooling is done by the fuel hitting the piston anyways, leener means less cooling and with your air coled motor thats bad.
