I was riding my quad today and tryed to do a wheelie but my engine reved loud and the front only went up a foot. It is a total loss of power and it sounds like it should be goin faster. I havnt had the first service on it so i brought it in today and i am hoping it is my valves but i really think it is my clutch. If u have ever had that problem please tell me what to do because i want to ride this weekend.

Sounds like a smoked clutch.

If the 300EX was new, you really should have not been thrashing the machine that hard yet.

I wouldn't tell the dealer that. Thing about it is if they take it apart they will figure out pretty quick if its abuse on a low hour machine.

I just got it back from being serviced and its runing fine. I guess it was the valves.
