I hear people talking about the show in Chicago, when is it.I am tring to hold till homda does something.but I got offered a real good price on a new 2002 raptor.I want crf450!!!

 

Don't hold your breath for Honda it is not coming anytime soon.

 

i think it somthing like 6 months from this last one.but i'm not positive.i just bought my
03 400ex,if they bring out the crf450 i'll be mad..

guess i'll have to sell my 300ex and get one.

if your gonna buy that raptor at coast cycle in gulfport, you better talk to some people that have bought quads there. i bought a blaster there and they carry zero quad parts. they will tell you they have to order it and it will take 2 weeks and you have to come in and pay for it before they will order it. i called to get a master link for my warrior and the guy in parts told me they didnt have one on them. i asked him how they got the chain on it and he said they put it on before the axle. man if you want that kind of service then go for it.ican hook you up wih a kid that it took them 2 WEEKS to get him an inner tube for his kx 85. tell you what you get the raptor and let me know when you do and we will meet you with a bone stock cannibal and i will ride it not my son that races and i guarantee the cannibal will smoke the raptor in a drag, on the track and anywhere else. all i can say is go for it.

 

ok i admit i came off a little to hard earlier but you need to look at it from my point. we have been going back and forth for days about you buying a dale. i spent a lot of time getting you facts and a good price and last i hear you say your sold. then i click over here and you telling these guys you are buying a raptor. nothing personal against the raptor, it is a good machine for certain conditions but stock against stock it cant hang with the dale in a drag race or on a mx track. you asked me fo the truth on the dale and itold you to the best of my knowledge and personal experiances. now i tell you the truth here and im a smarta$$. tell you what call coast cycle tomorrow and tell them you need an oil filter for a raptor and i bet they will have to order it. your friend may be a good guy but he dont controll the parts and service dept. if you buy the raptor go to hattiesburg cycle, they are one of the biggest yamaha dealers in the us and they will beat coast price plus you will have service after the sell. people here may not agree with my prefrence on quads but most will tell you that dealer service is a big part of buying a quad .
