HOW much is a new clutch for an ATC 350x and its it hard to replace
#2
KG has good replacement clutch discs that are just as good as the ones that came in it. KG is also a OEM vendor for Honda, so chances are, they will be same anyway.
Cost is about $75 for fibers and steels.
Installation is easy but if it's the first time, grab up a service manual.
You will also want to replace the engine side cover gasket while you're already there with it off. About $15

Yea man, piece of cake.
Soak the plates in oil for a while before installing. (quite a while, more than an hour, overnight if possible)
Pull side cover off. loosen all four clutch spring bolts. remove clutch pack. Replace with new plates exactly how they came out. Tighten all four spring bolts completely. (not sure the exact ft/lbs.) Replace cover gasket, and reinstall cover. Adjust clutch.
PS. Make SURE you keep track of where each 8mm bolt comes out. They need to go back into the correct hole due too different lengths.
Another thing, that center bolt on the clutch pack can be a bear to remove.
Put bike in 6th gear. (NOT FIRST) put something solid somewhere in the drive so that it cannot spin, like through a rear sprocket hole. (I forgot exactly what I did) Get plenty of leverage on that bolt and it will come off. It is not reverse threaded.
Hope I helped..

ps. I put an EBC clutch in mine, and it did great.
