"We all know belt drive sucks"???? We do? Oh Yeah---Right! That makes sense. Why do the majority of manufacturers offer them now? Even some new cars are going to cvtrannies. Didn't anyone tell them that they are making a huge mistake and no one will buy their products? Since we all know they suck, what is the matter with these manufacturers? I hope you can inform them "coolben 30" before they all go broke.

To clear some things up, the Scram 500 4x4 weighs 571lbs not 515lbs. However the 500 goes very well, so with the 700 weighing 66lbs less with 200 more cc, I think the 700 will kick some serious butt.

To solve this argument, I would volunteer my bike to race.

Well, as far as belt drives sucking - I don't think that's true. Personally, I 'll stick with a nice 6 speed manual but there are a LOT of machines usin belt drive and (except for water getting in) seem to not have problems. BTW, snowmobiles use belt drive....

Anyway, not everybody is a MX racer or catches big air on their quads. You watch and see - I'll bet this Kawi is fast ans sells pretty well. As far as this particular machine hurting Honda sales; that won't happen really since Honda doesn't make anything similar but this, and all of the other new sport quads WILL and ARE hurting Honda sales. Come to think of it, maybe people will get something like this over the Rincon....

A 700cc twin can be built to be FAST, I see a good aftermarket too for this machine. Also, if you drag race you better believe a belt is fast since it is always in the powerband, no missed shifts and steady power the whole run. Don't laugh at this machine.

when kawasaki releases the 700, people will buy it, race it and beat most stock quads. we all know we can modify our machines and they will then out perform larger bikes, look at fst's z500................fastser than raptors, predators ect but its heavily modified. my neighbor has a stock p650, ill have him race my cousin and give you a full report. btw, the 400ex is strtoked camed, piped ect..........

HI GUY'S:
My Dealer buddy was at a Kawi trade show in Ottawa a couple weeks ago and while he didn't ride the monster 700 V-Force, some of the people there did. Guy's who sell Raptors , were saying it's noticeably faster than the Raptors. Speeds of up to 83mph have been quoted on this thing. And it's also said it will out-haul a Raptor and DS650 in sand drags and hill climbs. I guess we will see soon enough. I believe Kawi will release it tuned to be just fast enough to out haul all other stockers, but the after market is going to have a field day with this weapon. Rumours of 900cc bore kits are already surfacing! The Dual exhaust is said to be a factory option and the chasiss is supposed to be built by Roll Design. This bike has also been seen doing triple jumps at some tracks...so much for it not being able to jump. Some people knock it's weight...any lighter and the power that engine is capable of...you probably wouldn't be able to ride it unless you name is Tim Farr, William Yokley or Bill Ballance etc. God Kawi is awesome aren't they!!!!
