I bought mine used less than a 100 hours on it. I have the same problems, did the angle sensor fix it? I'm about ready to build a pernament shifter for the foot. If the angle sensor did not fix it what did you do to fix it?

I have a 02 rancher 350 that my son rode alot till he wore it slap out. I recently had the cylinder sent off an reworked. Before it went down the clutch didnt seem to work properly. Once I had it down I replaced the clutch and it is still doing the same thing. I have taken it down several times and still the same problem. What it is doing is it constanly pulls, I tried adjusting the clutch and there is no happy medium with it. It also makes a winding down sound when you turn the engine off and it was doing it prior too. Its like something stuck and I can't seem to find what it is. Oiled the clutch like the book says and bought another off ebay. What else can it be any suggestions?

I have a 2005 trx350 rancher and I need to find the torque specs for the rear gearbox... Does anyone know where I could possibly find the specs? I just don't have the money to spend on a $60 owners manual. I bought that sucker off the show room floor. It's been the best investment I've made for my family farm... Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thank you.
also I need front tires for it. I have a brand new set of Polaris tires still with nipples on them... Different size than the rancher of course so not inter changeable... If anyone knows someone or they themselves have new tire for a rancher and have a use for these tires I would be willing to trade them even up...
Just a side note... the torque specs are what are important right now... thanks to everyone...

I had a 2000 Rancher 4x4 ES, I got it new and had it for about 10 months. During that time in was in the shop 5 times, all for ES related shifting problems. The last problem, I was told, was a cracked shift drum. After I got it home from that I sold it and bought a 2000 Big Bear. Rancher had roughly 1500 miles on it when I sold it. All repairs were luckily done under warranty, but I hated hauling it 45 miles one way to the dealer. Also had the recall, some type of suspension mount if I remember right.

Just got this 2001 and all was well but now it will not shift at all. It is in nuetral and will turn over but the digital display has the line across it..BOTH the neutral AND the reverse indicator lights are on at the same time. I tried rocking it...i got the manual shifter out and when i change gears its working because it wont turn over when not in N...but dotted line is still on the indicator...and both indicator lights remain on regardless of what gear its in...thinking its a short...any ideas?where to start?....this is my 1st atv...
