I was wondering how fast the rancher 4x4 would go. Also how you owners like it and if you have been able to get it stuck and the power it has.

 

It goes around 83km/h (the one i was on did) that's about 52mph. It has good torque (engines is mounted longittudinaly) and it has good GC for mudding.

me and my friend switched quads on this paved road in the woods and i had it going 50. I was going down a little hill though. I dont think i had it full speed though.

 

Top speed will be limited MORE BY SUSPENSION THAN BY HORSEPOWER. The suspension is tight and has a quick rebound. Adequate for some conditions, but not exactly the best setup for bashing whoops at high speed.

 

I don't think it was intended for that...............

 

Mine tops at 50mph. I totally agree that the suspension can slow you down sometimes on certain terrain, versus the engine slowing you down. I have raced the Rancher and the woops sucked. (And no, it probably wasn't meant for that!) But it's that suspension that has kept me on the machine many times in off-camber situations. It is very sturdy on four wheels! I really enjoy the thing, and I posted more on your other post of the Rancher/Foreman question. Good luck on your purchase.
