Sounds like the over flow/drain tube. If it's leaking usually the needle and seat are worn,float level off,etc. This would probably help.Carburetor Carb Rebuild Kit Yamaha YFM80 Badger 1992 01 YM80R Raptor 2002 08 | eBay

If it has leaked enough fuel into the cylinder to cause a "hydraulic lock" of the motor, fuel will have run into the crankcase as well and diluted the oil, if the oil level has risen and smells of fuel, change it before using the bike again.
