What is the largest front sprockets avail. without mods to the gaurd?

 

well the stock sprocket is 15 and thats the biggest you can go without taking the guard off. the biggest front sprocket you can get though is a 16

 

The 16 inch sprocket wil fit without mods to the guards.

 

The only way the 16 tooth front sprocket will fit is too remove or grind on the guard. Been there...done that! The 16 tooth sprocket that I bought is a P.B.I. "pro series". With a precision fit, it is much better than others I have worked with. I bought mine at a local cycle shop for $26, so someone could probably get it cheaper thru mail order. Hope this helps!
