Gusset around the motor mounts, upper front shock mounts, and some more varios places. Rocky Ridge Racing can gusset the R frame.
Contact them at 502-259-9604. They charge $375 for gusseting, sandblasting, welding all the cracks and painting.

Rocky Ridge Racing does do frame gusseting and powdercoating, but don't waste your time with Rinky Dink. Based on personal experience he's extremely slow (16+ week turnaround) and his workmanship was shoddy. The bottom of 1 frame I saw from RRR had no paint...it was completely neglected. You're probably better off to find a competent welder and gusset the problem areas.

Where is the R located at? If you can get it to Wichita, KS the guy that did mine can do it. He did an excellent job. Much better than the others I've seen

also...gussets...around swing-arm bolt, bottom motor mounts, frame just above swing-arm bolt, the 2 V's in subframe, top steering stem mounts(the upside down "U" frame part), rear seat mount flat cross plate. all i could think of right this moment.
