the only thing i've seen is on powroll.com. acts like a cam. some kinda breather cap is supposed to let enigine rev a little higher. it might be on powroll also.

It's hard for me to believe that a 250 EX could keep up with the Warrior that long. My Recon has the same motor as the 250 EX. I know the 250 EX is a little faster and lighter than the RECON. But there is no way it could keep up with my Warrior. (When I had it.) The driver of the Warrior must not be very good. At a certain site it shows the 250 EX doing 11 in first, 19 in second, 28 in third, 39 in fourth and 47 top speed. The Warrior did 21 in first, 29 in second, 38 in third, 46 in fourth, 54 in fifth and 61 top speed.
(I don't know if this is correct but it seems about right.) Maybe you were even while you were in fifth and he was in fourth. Then he shifted it to fifth to pull away. Then again, like I wrote earlier. He might not be very good.

you have to reconize the pipes and jets, yoshimura made my quad alot faster and his fmf isn't nearly as good as a pipe. also I dont know what jett he is running in his or if he even did it right, i do know his is the best rider out of all my friends and i definetely hung with him, I just want to know if anyone can help me find products for my quad please!

The 2003 April ATV Action has a Honda 250EX racing project. (Pg.56) You might want to pick it up.
There might be something in there that will help.

four stroke tech has a complete 250ex engine kit and exhuast. It comes with an 11: 1 compression piston that along with the sleeve he sends you gives you 20 more ccs along with a full supertrap pipe and some other stuff like a jet kit. He doesn't have it up on the web site now but if you call or e-mail him he can still give you info about price and availability.
