Rancher skid plate and oil cooler protector

Does anyone know of:
1. A skid plate/bash plate that covers under the front diff. I have noticed a large amount of twigs, grass, etc. that gets trapped under the diff. I'm looking to keep that junk out of there. I don't ride in rocks, for what's that worth. Maybe something that replaces the stock front plate and continues back past the front diff.
2. If you stand in front of the Rancher, squat down, and look at the oil cooler you will see easy access for sticks and such to make the trip back to the oil cooler, and one day a large stick will puncture the cooler. Do you guys know of some sort of vented (small holes for the air) guard to prevent sticks from entering this area?
