The person I bought my bike from screwed up the bottom exhaust bolt hole so now I can't get the exhaust to bolt on properly. I am taking the motor out of the frame tonight and I am gonna see if I can get someone to give it is a shot of weld and rebuild the side of the raised bolt hole. I am not sure if I can just weld in a bit and then redrill a hole and tap it again? If that works then I am in but I doubt it. Any thoughts?

 

If that fails you could always try service honda or call a motorcycle junkyard.

 

Why not just go with a bigger bolt....?
