New Stihl chain saw with easy adjust chain
#11
Are you refering to the chain adjuster that is built in to the bar? If so and you are an "occassional user" than fine, if you're a commercial user than you will soon be ordering parts to retrofit it back to the conventional adjuster which is done through the side of the case. They don't last in heavy operation environments so be kind to it.

It's the sound they make right before they explode!

LOL! I (my crews) make a living with the use of chainsaws. I know of guys that try and trick out their saws like your 046 but usually they go farther than the simple things. When they over-rev and scream, that's what they do when they explode....Wwweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee..POP! THat's it, Game Over!

No, I'm unfamiliar with the name. I don't get into the "Hot Saw" stuff other than what I watch on ESPN occasionally. It's not a big thing out here on the Left Coast but it is fun to watch!
