Default building a trailor

Not sure what you are planning to use for tires and rims but if you are planning on a tandem I might suggest you try to get a complete set ( front and rear) of ATV knock-offs. Get rims that match those of your ATV that way if worst comes to worst and you destroy a rim on your atv, and your miles into the mountains, you can steal a tire/rim off the trailer to get you out of trouble. I picked up a set of knocks for my trailer, yes it was a lil more expensive , but having rims ( front and rear) that match the ATV brings a lil peice of mind. I dont use my trailer much but the plan is that when the tires i have on the 500 get worn down enough , I can just swap for the tires and rims I have on the trailer.
