Im just me and chances are thats all im ever gonna be.
Hi guys, Im kinda new to the forum, i've always looked at it for reference, but just lately I made my account. My name is Patrick, Im from Kentucky, and I ride a 1998 Honda 300 and 2006 yamaha bruin 350, (Did have a arctic cat 500, and suzuki 250, but the suzuki used a quart of oil every five miles and the cat burned a valve..(Plan on rebuilding both sometime soon.) Well, So far everybody has been a big help, and I sincerely want to thank everybody who awnsers my posts/threads.
Below I will list the mods i've done to all of my fourwheelers.. Most are rednecked though :P
Honda 300: Completely rebuilt top end, Redneck paint job, 11/25/6 Dirt devils up front, 9/25/12 dirt devils on the back (Yeah, 12 intches wide, they DIG, i'll get some pics pretty soon) Rebuilt rearend, new ring and pinion, Redneck seat cover (I cut up a blue padded mat, and used 1/2 intch long self tapping screws to make a new seat cover =D ) Redneck lightswitch and keyswitch which work GREAT (toggle switches as the origional keyswitch was long gone when I bought it)
Chrome Harley davidson sportster muffler (found in junkyard) All fender braces were redneck made, 2 100 watt headlights which...run the battery dead FAST. As for the frame... The whole underside is flat due to abuse befor I got it, and it rusted in half.. Nothing that a guy with torches cant fix =D So part of the frame is solid brass for those wondering.. And finaly.. A homemade front bumper (brased all bars togeather, origional was held /w rebarb) AND FINALLY..A heavy duty set of metal footpegs.. (Quite the rednecked machine there) lol
Bruin 350: Not so much... Ground affect lights/Brass brakeshoes (redneck made for free, of course, more beer money =D)
Dads 350: Uhh...actually... Nothing exept he runs it with the baffel out...
Suzuki 250: Everything was stock exept the fact that Ted rebuilt it and put the wrong rings in it..
Arctic cat 500: 29.5 swamp lites, and a fiberglass snorkel I made.. (If only it hadent burnt a valve.. Coulda lived with it using 1/4 of a quart of oil per ride.. But NOOO Andy adjusted the valves WAY too tight befor he sold it to me thinking that the noise from the clutch was the valves.. (All Automatic Cats make noise from the clutch.. Idiot :\ )
