Welcome.

I'm coming out to the Paiute Trail area in late August. Can't wait.

It's worth waiting for...I hope you have a great trip! Have you ridden the Paiute before? What about the Arapeen trail system?

I was out in Moab last June, rode the Arches area, plus several others, what a beautiful, rugged area, but gets HOT !! welcome to the forums.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Yeah, the summer heat really does get miserable. I prefer Moab in the Spring or Fall...or in an air conditioned Jeep. Ahhh, the sacrifices we make to ride in such amazing places...someone has to do it, right?

We took a family trip out through that way in 2004. Went to Arches National Park and Bryce Canyon. Haven't been on the trail systems there though. After seeing Kenny Lone's pictures and videos of the Paiute trails I was hooked. http://forums.atvconnection.com/fami...rail-utah.html

A buddy of mine and I turn 50 this year. His wife decided that he could go to Utah for his 50th and my wife heard about it. So, we will be going with a couple of our kids out the last week of August. Can hardly wait. I just wish it was a little closer so we could ride our own machines. 38 hours each way from here in Mass. Too much for my aching back.

August will be here before you know it! I have read many of Kenny's posts...he's very passionate (to say the least) about the Paiute trail system, and for good reason...it's beautiful. My favorite is the Arapeen trial system...but that's just me! You really can't go wrong wherever you ride in Utah. I'm sure Kenny will keep your appetite wet with photos, posts and stories, until you can get out here is August to experience it all for yourself.
