New guy here
Hello everyone,
I just joined this morning. I have used some info from this site by googling. Seeing that I am re-doing/ upgrading my zilla I figured I may as well join your forum. I picked up a 1987 LT500R last year and its been an on going effort to get it up to par. So far new plastics, new seat cover, new axle and wheel bearings, new handlebars, new brake pads, replaced the airbox with an uncut one and a new lid, replaced filter with a UNI filter. Have rebuilt the calipers and MC, but MC seal was to small. Upgrading MC to YFZ450R. Right side foot peg mounts are no longer holding in the bolts so going to strip it completely down to frame and go from there with fixing and re-aligning everything. I have 2 pics put up in my photos section.
