Default V oil leak

I finally found my pesky oil leak on the Vforce. One of the case bolts, under/behind the oil filter has been steady dripping since day one. The case itself has a casting flaw that keeps the bolt from sealing. should i try and grind it smooth or just put a nylon washer on it?

I think that I would talk to the dealer first, you may get a new engine out of it. If you try to fix it yourself and it doesn't work your F&%$^&.

Don't touch the damn machine!!!! Take it back to the dealer, it is their responcibility to fix it for you.
