Selling the cbr 600 I need a 4X Quad
#1
I've come to the conclusion that it's time sell off my 2000 CBR600 and get a 4X4 quad, we love quadding (my daughter and my friends) I have heard a lot of good things about the 650.(prarie). what would be a reasonable price for a 2002/2003. We do a lot of mountain/trail/riverbed(sand) riding and aside from my v-force it would be nice to have a "mountain warrior". Prarie owners any feedback would be great.. Thanks in advance.

Its an awsome machien. There is one HUGE draw back though, every time you go riding you may have to take out a spark plug just so you remain competative with your buddies. Theres a dealer about an hour from here that sold my friend one for something like 6500 OTD. My dads was 6700 OTD but then he added the extended warrenty and winch and it came to 7200.

The prairie has great reviews around here. My brother-in-law and his son both have one. They swear by it. I would like to have one to go with my V-Force. If I was buying a new one, I would pay the difference for the camo especially when comparing to red. The red plastic looks horrible when it gets some wear on it.......just my opinion Some people couldn't care less. It's just a little depressing to me to pay these prices and have something look so bad when it's barely used! I know it comes with the sport, but it still bugs me. I can't swear how the camo holds up, but it would have to be better than red.

Thanks; in response to the plastic issue....whats the deal: I remember quads and dirt bikes I had years ago, they seemed to have way better plastic as far as durability. Plastic now seems to scuff super easy maybe I'm just getting old and thinking things were stronger back in the "old days"LOL
