Default Holeshot module (my results)

Ok racked up another 17 hours over the weekend. I agree the module offers among the best power per $$$. I dont know if its my imagination or if the terrain is just providing better traction but it seemed like it was working better this weekend than it did thursday when I tested it. On pavement In 2low gear it just dont get traction, In 2high gear it wheelies at will, In 4low great launch but still have to feather the throttle a bit because the front will come up, In 4high it is a takeoff machine, the front tires lift about 3 inches off the ground and I can stay full throttle the whole time (the tires did spin just a hair so it might not always be as safe) but the pull was great. One thing I have found is my module doesnt allow me to be rolling more than about 1-2 MPH for it to work, its best from a dead stop. Before the module I developed the habit of rolling before a wheelie because I used to get a hesitation like a miss when I would go from Idle straight to WOT. This problem is gone now (cant say for sure it was the module that did it because I also did some adjusting on the carbs) so I broke that habit real quick. So I have to say, Its true its not a (neck brace required) mod but $$ for $$ it has to be the best thing out there, and if this is a taste of what the new CDI will do across the RPM range CONSIDER IT SOLD!!!! If it could give that off the line hit any time you nail the throttle I would have to say even the GOOD sport quads would have some competetion.

Sounds like you might have to work with it alittle bit to figure out the increase in power. This weekend (if my baby boy doesn't arrive) I'll take it out for a spin and see what happens after riding for a while and playing around with it.

I do love the increase in power and as river mud said..........if this is anything like the CDI consider my name on the list!!!!!!!!!!

I bid all ye fine gents.............good day!
