yes but i did it on accedent, 1 1/2 ago I rode a lakot at the dealer and I forgot it didnt have a clutch so I got th rpms up in neutral and dropped it and it stood up for about 5 feet

 

while in neutral, kick up on the shifter like you are going to go into first but dont let the shifter down. rev the engine up high. while at a high rpm, let the shifter down and she'll wheelie like a champ but hold on cause she comes up pretty fast on ya. prolly not the best thing to do for your trans but just about the only way i know how to wheelie on the lakota short of finding a good whoop and nailing it.
