Default choke springs

recently my machine has developed a part throttle hesitation. did some searches on this and other forums and came up with the choke springs sticking or being weak. decided that this was a possibility on mine so i got the part # for the new springs off of nyroc''s site and called my local kawi dealer. when the 3rd person to get on the phone sorta knew what i was trying to order he told me that i couldnt get the spring seperatly and that the part # was for the whole cable and that was what i had to order. somewhat p.o.ed i thanked him for his time and hung up. now i have to call the next closest dealer(100 miles away) and see if they know what i'm looking for and can get it for me!
sorry for the long post, but i'm kinda letting off some steam.
