By reading all the posts it sounds like the brown spring is the one to go with. I'm pretty mechanical but I'm not that familiar with ATV's. Can someone walk me through where/how to change out the soring and if there are any special tools I'll need.

Look up Nyroc's website site, find a post of his and look in his sig. You can take the info from the P650 and apply it to the big V.
