Default v-force hp?

I just hate ignorant people don't you guys i thought i would try to ramble on about a bunch of senseless bs and try not to use any periods cuz periods suck kinda like the prairie 650 and the best machine ever made was my scooter it will beat a prairie 650 cuz it only weighs like 10 lbs or something like that but it's pushing something like 1/16 of a hp but that doesn't matter cuz yamaha made it and it's cool and kawi isn't so there and my dad can beat up your dad and my dog can run faster than your dog

hey genus let me ask you this. what does the automatic trans have to do with how much power the engine is making?

ALL of you people posting on how much the rwhp on the prairie and V are all wrong. You cant get a reading on the actual power of the two cause the auto is constently upshifting. but i agree with an erlier post of about 43 at the wheels for the V and im guesing about 37 for the P650

Hey Yamaha'skickass there is a thing called a period that is a punctuation mark that looks like this (.) that breaks up statements that I suggest you read about so that you can use them when you post messages about atv's and when people read them they can understand them a little easier see you later lol

Hey Yamahagetsasskicked02 , look at the GNCC results for 2003 , this is real world riding the way ATVS was made to be rode and the closest thing to the way most people ride , Yahama, all type ,including raptors are not winning anything, where is all the power and speed ? I can tell you , sucking hind tit , Kawaski is leading in a bunch of classes, they might as well make the raptors street legal , that seems to be where they run good at , are least the fastest people in the world think that was anyway.

I can believe that. Its more than you'll get from a stock 660cc raptor. The question is can you get it up to 47+ rwhp witch some basic mods? I think so. Only time will tell.

Know a guy who dynoed his at a VERY REPUTABLE place,(well known mail order place)his 700 put out 30 rwhp and 32 ftpds of torque respectivly. Now the dyno #'s dont mean squat if the dyno is not SET UP FOR AUTO TRANNYS.There are way to many variables on that dyno when it is set up for manual transmissions. No one that I know of has the right software for there dyno yet ,if it is available .It is totally diffrent the way these dynos read for autos vs. manual trannys. The only sure way to know #'s is a engine only dyno.

I don't like to get in the middle of squabble about HP as different motors will develop HP at varied points of the rpm cycle. What I have found out and most of you have the same result our 650 has an initial start lag rpm time and 5000 rpm timeing wall resulting in a disappointing power rush. With this ignition system I am working on the beginning lag and timeing wall has been eliminated producing a wheel spinning 4 wheel drive quad from H@** that will reach valve float in 350 ft. It is very difficult for any SPORT MACHINE to keep up at this rate. This is on a basic 650 Kawi that weighs more than 700 lbs this also goes to show how much the ignition has been down tuned for us nobodies.

Maybe it is good that Kawi down tunes the machine so young misguided hot rodders don't get hurt. An experienced rider would have a hard time being competitive with a 700 lb. sport Ute on technical trail that can reach speeds of 70 mph in a short distance. Inertia is a key player here!!

My intent is to build a 100 hp, 100 mph mudding machine and I am very.....very close!!!!!!!!! I made a post a little while ago about how disappointed I was with the V700. I only said this because there are a few things that can be done to the 700 to make it a world class machine. My 650 is almost 2 times heavier and can smoke the 700 but if I take what I know and put it to the 700 the results should be interesting???

There are a few of you who have ridden my quad and I can say you have come back with very big smiles and some who turned right around and came back after a short run explaining a quad shouldn't have that much power. I thank you all for your vote of confidence till we meet on the trail take care have fun!!!!

Ya 30 does not seem very realistic, that would be like a 15hp warrior. Based on my own drag races against 400's I dont think 30hp would have put me ahead of them considering all the weight. I do think the engine has a lot of potential, and i never leave my quads stock for very long. Imagine an unmodded banshee, I can't. Some things are just meant to be upgraded. Good luck to all enthusiast such as alltoys, extracting ponies from this twin.

I had a KFX700 on the Dyno a couple of weeks ago. I think it had about 37 Hp peak at the rear wheels stock, I'll have to pull it up on the computer to be sure.

Since most quads are dynoed in 4th gear, I don't see how you could get an accurate reading on an auto that is constantly shifting and won't stay in a certain gear.
