A good time to buy a P650
I agree GE4x4. I just bought an '03 P650 for $6,099 and absolutely love it - best 6k I've spent in a long time. I can't see how 50cc's would make a tremendous difference. By the way , how far are you from North Conway? Nice town. I visit once in awhile to ski and see Mt. Washington. NH is a beautiful state. Later...

The 50cc's will be like strapping a 747 jet engine onto your bike. The 650's are clearly inferior. You might as well paint it pink and put tassels on the handlebars as only a little girl would be caught dead on the bike that 6 months ago was king of the mountain. 650's lower sperm count and motivate your women to look for other men, proven fact.
Seriously spend a couple hundred on mods and someday the mythical cdi, you'll be happier.

I purchase my 650 one month ago knowing the rumors about the 700 might be true. Lets face it they are going to be selling out of them shortly , and then we would have been force too pay alot more for the same machine with a few cc. You can buy alot of goodies with $1000+.

sounds like some people need the extra 50 cc's to feel like men The 650's got plenty of power, and by the time it's worn out, there will be something out that's faster than the 700. I've ridden the vforce 700, and its faster than the prairie, but not THAT much faster. With the extra weight of the prairie setup, I can't imagine they'll be that much faster. Hopefully the belt situation is better though.
