You can get a basic steel mount at the place you get your winch from. That will work fine. It does well for me.
Or look into a multi-mount if you want something more involved.

I have a warn 2500 lb winch on my 650 I think it's mounted to low as far as the factory
mounting place it gets all the water and the mud.. been checking out the multi mount that warn has... but from ..Icse@4atvtires.com...part # 62215 cost 89.95 and part # 61292 cost 69.95...15.00 shipping to Colorado. these prices beat Montana jacks prices. and this mounting system give you mounts for front and rear and all the wire hook ups. and gets your winch up higher

Its just a Warn A2000. The 400's dont seem to have room to mount a winch inside anything, so all the mounts are external type. The one I have wraps around the winch, kind of protects it more, and helps me push down tree's :-) I also like the fact that its up higher, I can reach the hook while still on the bike, leaning over the front rack.

It's hard to say what mount will work without knowing the exact brand of winch. You could try the CMP mounts at Rockymountainatv.com
When I received my mount in the mail I was surprised how basic it was. The frame of my Recon goes upwards and then angles back. The mount was just a metal plate that sits on the frame where it angles back. The winch mounted to the metal plate and then the metal plate mounted to the frame with clamps. You could probably just make (or have someone make) something that would work with your quad. If you don't find anything to work. Then the rollers just mounted to the pushbar with more clamps.
