Default new mojave tires

I'm looking to get some new rear tires on my mojave. I want a tire with a little more muddin ability. I don't want a pure mud tire. I was looking at the all trak or realtor. one more question how much will flipping the front wheels help. thanks

As you can tell, I am brand new to the ATV scene. What is Flipping?

you take the front wheels off and turn them around and bolt them back up this will add atleasdt 1 inch to each side in width, i didnt do it because the stock valve stim comes in contact with the brake caliper so you can either ditch the idea or buy 2 new valve stems and take out the old stems and put these new stems in backwards, then drill a hole on the other side of the rim and put the 2 old valve stems in right side up, a little bit of work but not alot of money

The stock tires suck, especally in the snow where they give little floatation. They only thing they have going for them is that they are light.

I wouldn't screw around with flipping your front wheels. It is a PITA plus the greater offset will put additional stress on your front wheel bearings. Fast Trekkers are good front tires, they are cheap, perform well and you can get 22-8-10's which really widen things out in front. For rear the Realtors would be nice. I've got Cheng Shin Wooly Booger copies that work fine, a bit heavier than stock but they wear like iron. Realtors would be higher performance.

mojave250man,
Is the kenda bearclaw heavy, even though I have the mods on my mojave, I'm trying to not gain too much weight if possible. I like that they're gonna sell this smaller tire, is it out yet?
