NO CV REBUILD MEANS U GET THE SHAFT!!
Yeah, mine is also un fixable. Even if I could scab it together, I don't think I'd want too, where I ride you're pretty much screwed if you get back in the hills and lose 4x4, just lucky we hadn't gone too far when it broke. Think I'll give Royal a call on monday, find out about shipping, warranty, etc.

UPDATE... Called Royal, they don't actually carry the front shafts for the prairies. Sales guy checked with their supplier, found out that for the Prairies, they have to have the stock axles and beef them up, can't build them from scratch due to the teeth on the left axle for the locker. Got the suppliers # from Royal, called them up, and ended up sending them my axles.
As it turns out, I actually broke one of the inner jts as well, so they did the full rebuild and beefing up of my axles. Now I'm just waiting for them to make it back across the country so I can ride again.
Interestingly enough, the guy at Axle Systems told me that them and Gorilla are the only places in North America that will build heavy duty axles for atvs. As it turns out, they (Axle Systems) are the company that supplies High lifter with their axles.
Now it just remains to be seen what these new improved axles can handle. Oh yeah, $450.00 Can each, about $75.00 less than my dealer quoted me for a stock replacement axle, and these come with a 1 year warranty. Can't wait til they get here so I can try them out, should be a couple days now.
