Now maybe I'm lost here but why are quite a few of you against Team Green? Let's see Team Green was the first to get back into ATV racing! They offer contingency to amateur V force riders in the GNCC. They sponsor a GNC rider, Jackie Meadows as well as a few west coast guys. I don't see any of the other big 4 doing this. They offer a support trailor for anyone riding a Kawasaki at everyone GNCC event as well as others.

Alltoys stated:
You say you are racing for team Green if so do they not have a cdi for you to play with? Not that I am against Team Green but they seem to do a lot of taking and not giving in return. Once my system is full proof I will let everyone in on it so everybody will have an equal footing. If you were up against Team Green, the little guy going against the big guy, then I would probably help you get some more oomph.

Talking but not giving in return? Are you possibly referring to Kawasaki(Manufacturer) and not Team Green(Race Team)? Please give examples. I'm not requesting names only an example to possibly get a better understanding of where you are coming from.

I understand you are working on your own Ignition/CDI system to improve Kawasaki's quads and that's great. If this is what you referring to Team Green not giving in return, isn't this for the aftermarket companies to upgrade more so than Kawasaki. I don't know of many performance upgrades being sold by the big 4 except for Yamaha's new YFZ450 parts.

I'd also like to say that alltoys is very right about the team green thing,,, they sure like to take all they can get but when it comes time to return favors they seem to forget those who have helped them in many ways!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! blastfromthepast may not be this way but the members of team green I have delt with are!

Please site examples of this as well, once again not asking for names but an example to have a better understanding.

I know for a fact that Jackie and Jack Meadows will help you in any way. In fact, they have given an amateur racer their exact setup for making the Vforce a TT racer.

Don't take this post as negative. I don't understand why some would like to see Team Green not be successful.

KevinM, thanks for the kind words about Jackie.

Like I said, I do not know and have never delt with Jackie,,, sounds like a great guy! The people I'm refering to do help out somewhat but me and a good friend have helped them sell seveal thousand dollars worth of parts and most of the same parts are on our quads,,,, we have recently purchased new quads and when we called to get some parts prices we got no break what so ever,,, maybe that's just the way it goes but I will never help them sell another thing or help promote their products again! There are other things that myself and others I know have done to improve upon some of the team green parts and thier ideas and when asked for help in the same way we were left hanging! Don't get me wrong,,, Team Green is great and Kawasaki has been very impressive in their help to bring the ATV sport back to life! All I'm saying is you scratch the back of those who scratch yours!

Prairiewrench,
Ditto!!!!!

I am not knocking Jackie I hope he does well and I can still help them I did ask a question to which I have not received an answer. Team Green is bolstering their machine which is a good advertiseing gimic. Kawasaki in general is good at looking at what you are doing but when it comes getting information in return, forget it unless you are a selected few.
