That is what it looks like. Try to get the bolts in a position where they are touching a beefier portion of the fan blades.

I would almost suggest trying to do something like modify an oil filter wrench (the chain kind) to go around the fixed sheave. Maybe some kind of strap wrench.

The legs of the basket are strong they will take a lot just make sure you don't jerk the bar use steady heavy pressure and it will break loose. Also have the bar on 2 points across from each other to distribute the pressure. To take the weights off if you are going to do it you will have to find 2 very thin sockets as there is not much room between the nut and wall of the basket. Your Kawi dealer can get them in for you or machine a couple of them to fit.
