the way i made my wheelie bar was put on hitch from 650 took plate of steel 4-1/2'' by 4'' 1/4''thick drilled 3/4'' hole bolted it on hitch then came off that with 3/4''square tubing 3feet long both sides then at end cut two 3'' pieces to weld beside ends then cut 1'' round tubing 2pieces 1-1/2'' welded them on both ends on top got tire with 3/4'' hole and 3/4'' tubing put tubing through one endput on tire push tubing through other side then center tire up weld everything in place put one cross piece in front of tire then came off grab bar with flat steel i drilled and bolted flat steel with 3/4'' u bolts 4 of them then made two square bars go from flat steel plate on grab bar down to the round 1'' tubing your axle goes through weld them on not to hard just kinda piece it together on bottom where u bolt plate to hitch on side closet to the tire i put 1/4'' plate steel to make up the slant the hitch is at so more even when i also put it together i had the tire up on board then u can make piece goes from grab bar down to pieces at wheels so it holds the wheel upwhen u take board out one other thing i found out the farther u strap your front end down the farther u can make the wheelie bar go up

Thanks for the review Rockin Vforce

One question ........... it would seem that the anything that compresses the
rear shock is going to cause the coaster wheel to contact the ground ??
