Hi all, just joined the forum. I just handed my Polaris Scrambler 400 down to my son and purchased the Kaw 700. This sight seems to have a lot of great stuff, I have a lot of catching up to do!!! I'm including a pic of my recent install. I hope I never roll it but if I do, the trailtech may be stuck up too far. It sets in a perfect spot for me though. Does anyone know exactly what # to program the computer to for the KFX700?? I remeber reading 1700 or so but cant find that info anymore. Anyhow, thanks for any info you may be able to provide.
I'll post the pic as soon as I figure out how to.
Edit: The pic is too big to post so here is the url. http://personal.myvine.com/~norm/DSC01333.JPG

Thanks!!!
My first mod I'm looking into is the front bumper. I think I'll go with the DG but have it chromed before installing. This will help on the trails that I ride.
Newbeatle, your install looks great. What # did you set the computer to?? Have you checked for accuracy? Hope you can help.
I live on the south side of Indy about 40 minutes from Zionsville.

Ricknindy,
I have my Trail-tech set at 1755.....seem's to be the general consensus..I sold a scrambler to buy my v-force, I am NOT regretting that decision at all....
Also, how did you build your mount for the computer, I have mine where your key ring is sitting. Your's looks a lot nicer than the way I have mine.

I set my computer to 1671mm. I marked the line, rolled on rev, and measured the distance. Hey Kawy, What kind of bars are you using? My kit came with the trail tech x-bars and I'm having trouble with the rear brake lever. It sets right on the bend and won't lay flat.

Buggy I am running Tag T2 YZ double hi bars, they are the same almost to the T2 CR double hi only have a slight 2-3mm difference in sweep. Anyhow the bars are 1/2" longer than stock, that's the key. If you order new bars the most important thing on the Vforce is fitting all that stuff on each side. Sorry have no experience with the fatbars from trailtech. Hopefully somebody else can help.
