Ya BartlettRacing is correct, in fact we timed him and he actually changed the axel is less then 4 min - great job guys!

 

4 minutes to change to the axle!! How many hands do you have? How many impact tools can one guy operate at once? hehe.

 

We were watching that Grizzly the whole race! Kawasaki pride was on the line...LOL

They were either that much better than the rest, or the others were pacing themselves; hard to say until the race is over. It would have been nice to see the Grizz stay in and see how an even field would have panned out. That race is quite a test of man and machine.

Me too. lol

I was so tired last night that I had a horizontal position as my priority.

The sled pulls were fun. I took first in the unlimited class. Mike's wife Sally took the lower cc 4x4 class. Mike won the 2WD big bore class. Some guy entered a Sportsman 700 and put his 300+ lb friend on it... We couldn't add any wieght on any class except the unlimited, so he had me by 400+lbs and a hitch height advantage in the stock 4x4 class.

It was cool that each of us won a class.

515 is Prairiwrench's machine (Diamond G Racing team) and 219 is PBR. That looks like Mike Penland in the pic, but I thought he was wearing gray and white. Sneaky, sneaky. I have no idea whom the riders were in pic #3. I just put it up to show the rippers.

Pic #4 is Sally, me and Mike Walker with our first place winnings....

Edit: Yes, I do have plans for another set for the front. I don't have any more pics worth posting, but WAM may have some I can host.

I do have some video I will put up at some point (when I get time). Maybe today, but don't count on it.

Yes, I did. Most of my footage is from the pull the day after the race.

The race day got messed up when I volunteered to flag. I had left my camera gear back in the truck after we ate and I ended up down in the bayou flagging. No camera, no pics, no footage of the second half. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] Sally tried to find me to get the gear to me, but no luck.

I was so bummed I missed the jumping event. They had a quad jump competiton planned during the intermission, but it was cancelled due to the wind. Well, they did it later on in the evening when we were stuck out on the course. I guess it was WAY COOL watching them jump. Maybe Sally and company got some....

I'm defragging some space now to capture the clips. Hopefully, I'll have some to show later tonight.
