Default Carb problems
IKnowMore is the winner. When remounting the gas tank, I snagged the throttle cable on a piece of plastic and made the throttle stay wide open. Thanks for everyones help.

HUH? Do you mean you caught the cable under the air-box? Certainly not under the fuel tank.
