Default Prairie V Holeshot module

What is a holeshot module, and what does it do for the quad. Is there a place where I could see all of the High performance parts for the Prairies?

basically the holeshot module fools you CDI into thinking it is moving faster than it already is. This causes the CDI to start out at full timing advance instead of starting in the reverse timing curve and gradually building to full advance. How it works can get very techincal and you will get conflicting descriptions.

The module will give you harder acceloration from a standstill or slow roll (below 3mph). you may think there is no benifit to this but ride one with and without before you say it ain't worth it.

A forum member used to have a tech tip page for the prairie but took it down for foolish reasons.

just search though this forum and other atv forums and you will get all the tech and hop up advice you will ever need.
