Go for it Brian,I recently bought tires and rims from a business using e-bay,I'm very happy with my purchase and price(Maxxis Radial Bighorns on C-Series rims,chrome valve stems and chrome lugs,$600 total including shipping.
Brian, do me a favor and let me know how it goes with your purchase, I will be replacing my rear stock tires with some better tires for deeper snow,I'll be shopping around for a decent price.

I second BrianT as long as you purchase using a safe payment method you covered somewhere. I just got a set of wheels & tires off of ebay and had a great experience! I don't buy anything from someone without good feedback selling similar items and a long term commitment to buying/selling on ebay. I also always use a credit card via paypal on major purchases since it makes me double protected. If it’s a major purchase and they won't do paypal credit cards I go elsewhere. I have bought and sold lots of stuff on ebay and never had problems you just have to use your head and price shop (especially new electronics).

Just to complicate things, I am now looking at the Bighorns. Anyone know how they compare as far as weight goes? I am trying to get back some performance by going with stock size tires that hopefully weigh less than the Gators I am running now.

Now that I have started considering the Bighorns, turns out no one has any in stock. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] Next shipment is due next month some time.

 

ATVDirect www.4atvtires.com has the ATRs for $550, Bighorns are $625. Should have them in stock Dec. 1st. Big Buck Atv sells the Bighorns for $615, but won't have them till next month. Nebraska Tire has them in stock, but I don't know if they are blems or not. I hope not, they want about $85 each for them!!
