Default Question on my Tecate 3 Wheeler

86 Tecate 250 3 Wheeler

one day it just stopped running, I'm not a very good 2 stroke mechanic, i took the carb apart and checked the float and reeds they seemed fine to me, it gets spark and gas, so i don't know what happen, one day i was riding the next day i tried to start it and it wouldn't start, anyone have any suggestions?

I may just sell it the way it sits tho, i don't really have the money to put into it, the rest of the thing is in mint condition.

Default Question on my Tecate 3 Wheeler

Did you try putting in a new plug? The one I had used to eat them. Ride great today... put in new plug tomorrow.

If not, give it a shot.. Cheap effort.

Good Luck.

WAIT!! before you give up so easily and sell it, Try going through it very carefully. I just spent last Sunday freaking out about my V-force not running worth a crap! I was actually thinking about trading it in after spending the day at the local off road park scratching my head and when I got it home, I found out that a wire came loose and it was only running on one cylinder. It usually turns out to be something really simple.
