Well I just got back from the Mission Yamaha parking lot sale and ordered everything lakota for %15 off. Of course they didn't have any lakota parts at the sale or I would have got %20. Anyhow I ended up with a new 13 tooth front sprocket a K&N filter with pre filter and the one and only exhaust they could find for my machine. Its called a Big O. They also offered me any main jet size I want if I just bring in my stock one they will give me a replacement. This is probably going to be the extent of what I do to the bike as its the wifes bike and she likes it as it is.

Sucks though they are selling New limited edition raptors for 4999 and regular raptors for 4799. Thats less than what I paid for my KFX400.

I paid 4900 for my KFX and put 1k into it. Its in perfect condition maybe 30 hours on it but they will only give me 3250 for it. Thats hard for me to swallow. I will either go all out and get the $8000 ATK440 or dump $2500 into my engine either way I will be faster than the YFZ and a whole lot more in debt.

 

Glad to hear you got a deal for your wife's bike, but just to let you know, there is another exhaust available for it. They sell the supertrapp exhaust and other parts for the lakota at www.rockymountainatv.com for a pretty good price, as compared to other places.
