NovaKawie, I just added a dyno sheet of your 45.76 hp, 650 compared to Bernie's 40.99 hp run's to "My Page" it's pending approval right now.

Novakawi650, the porting is a bit more involved then just blending (I wouldn't recomend trying it with a DREMEL tool) I can't really explain how to go about it in text.
sorry.

shotgun, 10 degree's is just a rough number, some engines will want 6, some 8 some 12. (depends on where the cams are to start. You need to degree each cam and install both with a 107-108 intake lobe center line with stk compression and 109-110 deg with 10.5-11:1
Hope this helps

LOL, ya Rick's 660 Grizz is a little lower. Dale is yama bashin, LOL
We had a best run of 41.81 hp on Bernie's and he was running 5.9 sec in 300ft in warm weather.
Dale definitly has the clutch ratio set up to a tee though!!! (very, very, very fast on top!!

I take it your not trying this in Nova Scotia... It sure is not warm out my door maybe because I'm on the other side of the bridge? I think Rick should put his plastic on his Bernie's bike to get Dale going. What's been done to the grizz?

It was late summer early fall when I did Bernie's
I have a funny feeling Dale will be as quick or a little quicker, then Bernie is right now, by spring. LOL wink, wink, nod, nod.
