Cool. I finally got an answer as to why it won't work. I knew it wouldn't because someone would've tried it if it would, I just didn't know why it wouldn't work. There is nothing new under the sun.

Vnasty,
Interesting concept with a fan from a turbo jet RC airplane. I used to be into RC cars fairly heavy the fan you chose was designed to help RC jet planes. A jet RC airplane will only work at altitudes less than 1000 feet because of density of air this is where the ducted fan takes over. The problem with any fan except on a specificly designed turbo or super charger has a closed in screw type fan. A bladed fan will deliver volume but not pressure as pressureized air will leak past the openings of the blade reduceing any benefit it might produce. There is an electric turbo type automotive unit that may work I seen it on another site I think it adds 5psi to the itake circuit for roughly $299 US. Eram, electric supercharger is the name here is the site it will give you an idea of what what a blower will look like. http://www.electricsupercharger.com/

It won't work as described; I'll bet the farm on it. See "Ebay Motors: parts: car & truck" There have been numerous individuals ripped off by this design.

Bottom line: If you need air, install a better set of cams, increase the swept volume (ccs) of your engine, add N20, or get creative and install a turbo....you think you hate the Kawi's ignition now? Add a few psi of boost. . Don't buy into the "Electric Supercharger", please. It's a $30.00 boat bilge pump.
