nyroc some around here has one on the 400... I don't know if it's a custom fab job from a 300 but I do know it's the warn switch on it.

I would really like to know who that is so I can find out. My bro wants to unlock his 4x4 real bad.

He loves that P400 a lot. The full time thing is the only thing he doesn't like.

I'll keep my eye open and catch him when I see him again. We have a large rally this weekend coming up might see him there. I don't know his name or anything but I do know it's a 400 kawi new style.

Even though i have a P650 and love it i would say go with a honda because ive seen to many of them sink and pull them out and drain the water out and it started right up. the only thing bad about honda is breaks and no dif lock

If you find out who freed up their 400 with a 424 PLEASE let us know! I called Warn and spoke with them, The driveshaft for the 300 wont fit the 400 and they dont have enough room to put their standard unlocker on a 400 driveshaft.
I wouldnt be scared in the least to do any of the tasks you mentioned with a P400. They are built tough. The honda is a good machine too, just not as comfortable. I have far exceeded the tow rating on my 400 (not reccomended) and the only thing thats happened is all 4 wheels start spinning, even on pavement! so dont let the belt scare you.

I think both are great quads. You probably can't go wrong with either, although hondas have the best transmissions. Good luck!
