Prairie 650 top speed.
There has been many discussions about P650 top speed on this and other forums and it seems that some P650's can do about 64 stock (fast ones) while others only do about 58 stock (slow ones). I can tell you that I have one of the slow ones b/c mine hit 58 when new (after the 10 hr break in period) and went 60 mph after a few hundred miles of breaking in.
Keep in mind that the top mph listed above is measured by the speedometer of the P650 and this speedo has sometimes been reported to be off by as much as 3 to 5mph according to GPS readings.
