Default p700 jetting.

Has anybody had any problems rejetting their p700 with a dynojet kit and a K&N air filter.I set the needles as they suggested on the 3rd notch with two washers above the clip.Changed the mains to 134 in front 138 in back for the K&N air filter.Pilot out 3 turns.Went for a ride saturday weather was 25 degrees and my quad ran like a dog, like it was running on one cylinder. From 1/4 throttle to 1/2 throttle it ran bad.Above 1/2 throttle it ran better but not great.Spent the afternoon putting the stock hardware back into the carbs it runs alot better without the sputtering and coughing.Anybody have the same problems. Also i have been reading about the Dial a Jet that it makes the quad run smoother and with a few minutes of adjusting you are compensating for altitude. Can you run the stock jetting with the Dial a Jet,[Needles,Pilot Jet,Mains]?.Any replies appreciated.

You should put the washers below the E-Clips.
