Well I did it today and holy **** does it make a difference! I cut the end off, removed the spark arrestor, drilled 3 1/2 inch holes as deep as I could and then drilled 3 7/8 inch holes in just the last baffle and then welded it all up. (Making sure to disconnect the battery first... didn't wanna fry my CDI).

I used to have to be moving 3-5 mph and sitting a little back on the seat to pull a wheelie, now I just sit normal and nail it from a stop and she just pops right up. The sound is also meaner! Not loud just meaner. My bike pulls alot better through the mid-range as well..... on a stretch of road near my home I used to get up to 50mph before running out of room ... now I hit 55 mph in the same distance.

I hope I don't have to re-jet it but if I do it was well worth the trouble.
Can't wait to get the black spring and some new shoes for her!
